The cottages are modern luxurious Cottages, set in the grounds of a number of cottages and located in the beautiful Bay of Islands - in the heart of Russell village ? Chapel & Settler's are only a short stroll from the waterfront, restaurants and cafes and 2 beaches. The cottages have been built from traditional timber weatherboard. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining area, both flow out onto a terrace that captures the morning sun, ? a great place to have breakfast whilst enjoying the small private rear garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, smeg gas hob unit, smeg under bench oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, in-sink erator, the lounge features a Gas Log Fire place for the cooler evenings a 42 inch LCD TV, ample seating for 6 guests ? there is a also laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use and a powder room with toilet and vanity. The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a queen bed is en-suited (walk-in shower, toilet and vanity) has a 32 inch TV and a small juliet balcony, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a small juliet balcony, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds ? the single beds can be made up to accommodate a super-king bed. Cloud 9 is on a private road and benefits from beautiful natural bush surroundings. There are panoramic unobstructed views of the coast, the land, the ocean and Long Beach, one of the safest swimming beaches in Russell. The house sleeps 8 in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. Two of the doubles have ensuite double shower rooms while the other double shares a bath/shower room with the twin room. All bathrooms have double basins. There is a large open plan living area that has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards. State of the art entertainment systems including plasma television and Sky TV, are integrated throughout the house. Cloud 9?s north facing position is not overlooked and thus affords the utmost privacy.
